Blog Update!
For those of you not following me on Facebook, as of the Summer of 2019 I've moved to Central WA, to a tiny mountain town of less than 1,000 people.

I will be covering my exploits here in the Cascades, as I try to further reduce my impact on the environment. With the same attitude, just at a higher altitude!

Whatcha plantin? - April 15th

Hopefully things are warming up for you guys out there. This weekend I planted:

*Olympia blueberry highbush
*Bluecrop blueberry highbush
*Tristar strawberry plants

*Berggarten sage
*Dark leaf oregano
*Italian parsley
*Santo coriander

I would be tending to my newly delivered tomato plants, but they are all dead. More posts about that tomorrow, when I am done weeping over them.

No planting for me - just checking things over after the recent snowfall. I think a lot of plants actually made it and I might see some blooms in a few weeks!

Very interested in how your berries come out - I would love to plant some here.

Oh, I'll cry for your dead plants too. Mine are still sitting in my back hall waiting to be planted, hopefully this week.

qt - glad to hear there are some survivors! You can bet I'll keep you posted on the berries.

april - I am still despondent but once I get my hands on some new plants I'll snap out of it.

It is still too cold here to do any planting. I'm just hoping what I did plant way back when it was warm survives. I've lost a few things already.
