Blog Update!
For those of you not following me on Facebook, as of the Summer of 2019 I've moved to Central WA, to a tiny mountain town of less than 1,000 people.

I will be covering my exploits here in the Cascades, as I try to further reduce my impact on the environment. With the same attitude, just at a higher altitude!

DivaCup raffle winner!

Congratulations to tcarey for winning her very own DivaCup!

For those of you challenged chickens who didn't win and still haven't purchased your DivaCup, I found it a lot cheaper online.

It's still not too late to sign up for the DivaCup Challenge. You have until April 30th to be eligible for the prizes at the end of the three month challenge, which ends July 31st. And, trust me, with some of these prizes you'll have to make it to the end to make it worthwhile.

Some of the super nifty prizes will be:

DivaWash - Natural body gel and cleanser for the DivaCup

Made of the finest natural ingredients, this PH balanced cleanser will help to preserve your DivaCup.

Fun T-Shirts

100% cotton t-shirts sporting your support. I'll have more designs up by then (hey, I have three months).

Other prizes will be a Crunchy Chicken Tote Bag and ECOBAGS, reusable produce bags.

And, in the meantime, I'll check in with you all and see how you're doing with polls and my very own updates and pictures. Okay, maybe no pictures.

Oh hamburgers!.. Congrats, tcarey.

Thanks for the link Crunchy Chicken... It is a LOT cheaper than in the Divacup site. I hope there is no catch :D

alina - I don't think there's a catch. I ordered mine from there (got it today) and so far everything seems up and up.

Also, I keep forgetting to mention that I have no association whatsoever with the DivaCup people!

I am so loving this blog! I have been using a diva cup for some time now and think it's great. A few friends of mine have tried it, love it, and one is buying them for stocking stuffers this Christmas! Gotta have a sense of humor to do that!

Crunchy, turns out there is a catch... They don't ship to Europe. Although the website claims that they will... soon. Now, what 'soon' means to them is another question.

alina - here's another site that looks like it will ship to Europe. And it's cheaper too!

Thanks! I just ordered mine from there. Now I can't wait to get it :D

Hi!
I just got a Diva Cup a couple weeks ago, and am using it successfully for the first time today! Now, I don't have a blogger account, but I'd love to be a part of your drawing/contest. Is that still possible?

elise - I'll add you in. Everyone has until the end of the month to sign up for the Challenge and be eligible for the drawing at the end.

I've elected to go with the Glad Rags instead. I've been using pads for over 2 years and am comfortable with that option. So, I guess I'm dropping out of the Diva Cup challenge but I was inspired to go with a reusable option instead of the disposables. So thanks for the inspiration!

ok Christy - good luck with the Glad Rags!
