Bummer, I'm totally in the minority, I am just starting Plenty and it looks like a fun read. Can I vote more than once? Like 98 more times?
I voted for Plenty, too. (In Canada it's called _100 Mile Diet_.) I have read it and really enjoyed it.
I read "100 Mile Diet" and even met the authors at a bookreading. Very interesting! Quite a bit like "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle" they just were much more strict with themselves and had no idea about harvest dates which lead to some interesting problems initially.
I've also read the garbage book...fascinating!
I haven't seen Afluenza as it is too new to be ILL'd. This is the one I'd vote for :o)
I really want Plenty!
Recently read Affluenza. Great book. Apparently there was a TV show on PBS preceding the book. I love it a great deal, perhaps because it is so very appropriate for the crazy shopping season. I also read Plenty, but personally I prefer Affluenza.
I rented the Escape from Affluenza video from the library a couple of years ago and I *loved* it. It really made me think aboutthings differently, and that's what made me stop using styrofoam cups at work. I ordered the book and it arrived today. I've never participated in a book club before, but I'm looking forward to this one.
