It is terrifying what kinds of ingredients widely used cosmetics contain and the long term effects that they can have.
But my confession is that I still use prescription acne topicals daily. I have tried every natural method and nothing has worked.
I am in a constant internal struggle between having clear skin and using harmful chemicals or having horrible skin, being depressed, and being free from the chemicals.
Right now, the chemicals unfortunately win.
