Mine too! I was so busy yesterday and we had friends coming over for dinner but I still decided to go for a bike ride around 430. So glad I did, the autumnal light filtering through the trees, the smell of the willows and cottonwoods along the river, snakes basking on the bike trail, kingfishers calling-- all of these things slowed me down and made me appreciate my favorite season. So, our friends helped top the pizzas and make the salad-- they understood.
