I love the way kids love stuff like that. I used to work with kids and they are notoriously afraid of bees. Well, I have the unusual ability to catch bees in my hand (without getting stung.) It's a great party trick And I was able to convince 75% of my program that bees were not the Devil! haha!
Here on Canada's East Coast, we observed nature in the form of Hurricane Earl. Not as bad as feared but I would have preferred to be watching a garter snake or two. Earl tore up my garden but it seems to be recovering. Nature is resilient.

ReplyDeleteLooks like a fantastic weekend.
ReplyDeleteChildren do have an awesome way of focusing our perspective on things we might overlook.
Great pics!
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. The pics were great!
ReplyDeleteIf it weren't for my children, I'd unfortunately (ashamedly) walk past half the world!
