To keep a poorly insulated brick (rental) house at a reasonable temperature, we have to run the evaporative cooler a lot longer now than a month ago. Nights may not cool much below 80 degrees and the radiant heat from the bricks turns our house into an oven. So I expect our electric and water use have gone up.
