Family of 3. Live in Florida, but we do have a hell of a rainy season. Florida houses also tend to be small. Mine is 800 square feet with no attic, nor basement. I get by with a couple of those wooden accordion pop-up contraptions when the weather is too humid or rainy. In the long run, I think the half hour with a steam cleaner to save a wool rug is a fair trade and keeps me from replacing the old carpet with newer, historicstitcherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17370128908373990078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1542806651392353413.post-21912669078507095312010-10-11T17:29:34.526-07:002010-10-11T17:29:34.526-07:00I'm still "hanging" in there..ba dum...I'm still "hanging" in there..ba dum pum!Leslie Richmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01247847929212871770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1542806651392353413.post-16282212750192529352010-10-11T07:50:33.562-07:002010-10-11T07:50:33.562-07:00Didn't line dry the sheets 'cause there...Didn't line dry the sheets 'cause there's no room, so that was 32 minutes dryer time, making a total of 54 minutes so far this month. I wish they'd come pre-shrunk so I could skip this step in quilt-making and sewing in general. It has to be more efficient to pre-shrink lots and lots of fabrics together before they're sold than it is for sewists to have to do so after purchasing their fabrics.DKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07467528935667503979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1542806651392353413.post-90210993945760073802010-10-10T04:17:57.986-07:002010-10-10T04:17:57.986-07:00We line dry everything unless the weather is extre...We line dry everything unless the weather is extremely bad.
