Blog Update!
For those of you not following me on Facebook, as of the Summer of 2019 I've moved to Central WA, to a tiny mountain town of less than 1,000 people.

I will be covering my exploits here in the Cascades, as I try to further reduce my impact on the environment. With the same attitude, just at a higher altitude!

Wow! What a production... one comment I must make is the shower shut off. Smart little tool. But more importantly did they have a low flow shower head? Saves even more water.
That and why all the tall amazonion women? MInus the hostess? Sure makes a small guy feel... well... small!
Other than that great show... can't wait for the next episode

I agree with Rob ... GREAT job by everyone involved. Definitely something with the potential to hold my interest.

Thanks for pointing to the link.

Great job on the pilot! It was informative and applied to everybody! The only thing that I had any objection to was the high fructose corn syrup thing. HFC is no different to one's body than regular sugar. Always something you may want to avoid, but as I see it, not a true Green issue. Nice to see Crunchy Chicken, and hear her voice! Kudos to all involved!

Very interesting - I finally found time to watch it. One thing I wondered about was what is the average American's carbon footprint? Were they average before hand, better or worse?

The HFCS thing, which I didn't have time to get into more, is a "green" issue because most corn is genetically modified to withstand Roundup. Also, being "green" is, to me, more than just being good to the environment it's also about being good to yourself and eating highly processed foods, such as HFCS, is unnecessary, at best, and a contributor to obesity at worst.
