The movie, No Impact Man, premieres in Seattle this weekend with shows Friday night at 7:00 and 9:00 at the Varsity Theatre by the UW. It also is showing Saturday night as well. Colin Beavan, the "star" of the movie and the writer of the blog, No Impact Man, will be speaking after the 7:00pm show on Friday.
Are any of you planning on attending the 7:00 showing on Friday? And, if so, do any of you want to meet up and attend together? Send me an email or leave a comment and I'll try to coordinate something or other.

5 Crunchy Thoughts:
Ugh. I go for weeks without things happening and then everything happens at once. Can't go to the premier. it's the rockabilly ball weekend and I have an out of town guest coming Friday.
have fun!
Wish I could go crunch But have to work. Although I could easily be tempted to take a day off. No- I must work.
I sure hope his film makes it to Pennsylvania! Seattle is a bit of a hike during the school year; besides, this is Alpaca weekend and I need to scope out a farm for my fibers lessons. Let us know how it goes!
I just read an article about him in the NewYorker. Hmmmmmm... I think he would get along with my husband really well. He loves to suffer too.
This is on my must see list. Just watched The Age of Stupid - excellent! If this movie doesn't make people take action about climate change, I don't know what will.
